Write Facebook leads to Google Sheets automatically

Every lead lands in your spreadsheet as a new row. No CSV downloads from Facebook, no matching up columns and no copying by hand.

How to send leads to Google Sheets

  1. Connect Facebook under “Connections”

“Connect profile” → Facebook. The browser goes to Facebook, where you choose which Pages to give access to — Yuboraman never sees your password. Back in the dashboard, the account shows up under “Lead sources”.

  2. Click “New integration” and pick the source

In the Integrations section click “New integration”. Under “Where does the lead come from?” tick Facebook / Instagram and pick what you need from the Page and Form lists — with a single Facebook account it is selected for you. If the lead comes from your own site — you pick “Your own site” and the system hands you a webhook address.

  3. Set the form name and the Telegram message

In basic settings give the form a name. If you want a Telegram message as well as the row in the spreadsheet, leave “Send to Telegram” on — switch it off and the lead goes only to the spreadsheet.

  4. Pick Google Sheets as the target site

Pick Google Sheets from the “Where to send leads?” list and connect your Google account. The access covers only the spreadsheet you point to.

  5. Set the spreadsheet, the sheet and the columns, then save

Choose an existing spreadsheet or open a new one, give the sheet a name and set which column takes which lead field. If the column headers are missing from the spreadsheet, the system adds them itself.

What you get

It appends to your existing sheet

Nothing in your spreadsheet is erased — leads are appended as new rows at the end.

Column headers are handled

If a header you need is missing from the sheet, it is added automatically. The column order is up to you.

Several spreadsheets

Leads from different forms can be routed to different spreadsheets or to different sheets.

Reports land here too

The daily Facebook Ads report can go to Google Sheets as well — spend, lead count, CTR and cost per lead.

Frequently asked questions

Can it write into my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. You pick an existing spreadsheet and sheet, and leads are appended at the end. Your old data is left alone.

Can I set the columns myself?

Yes. You pick the column for every lead field yourself; a header that is missing from the sheet is added automatically.

What access is granted to my Google account?

Access is granted through the Google dialog itself and is used only to write to the spreadsheet. You can revoke it at any time in your Google account settings.

Can a lead be written twice?

If a write fails the system retries, but one lead produces one row. If the same person fills the form twice — those are two separate leads, and both rows land in the sheet.
