AI sales agent: it answers the comment and turns it into a lead

It writes a public reply from your page to the “How much is it?” and “+” comments under your ads, asks for the phone number and sends the lead to the destination you chose.

An unanswered comment costs you twice

The same questions repeat under every ad: “How much is it?”, “Do you deliver?”, “+”. Most of them go unanswered, because the operator is on a call at that very moment.

The damage comes in two layers. The first is visible: the person who asked walks away. The second is not — dozens of other people read that comment and see that the seller does not answer. A comment field with no replies is the cheapest negative advertising there is.

And on campaigns with no form, the comment often stays the only source of leads: there is no form, so the number can only come from there.

The full article on how the agent writes its reply

How it works

Four steps. No code needed.

  1. Connect your page

Sign up and connect the Facebook page your ads run on to Yuboraman.

  2. Enter the product data

Put the price, the delivery terms and the availability on the product card. The agent builds its reply from that data alone.

  3. Switch the agent on

You turn it on in the integration settings, under “Auto-reply to comment”. The feature is off by default.

  4. Pick the lead destination

Telegram, a CRM or a spreadsheet. Once a phone number arrives from the comment, the lead lands there — exactly as a filled-in form would.

What you get

A public reply in your page's name

The agent answers the comment right under the ad, in your page's name — both the person who asked and everyone reading see the reply.

Only your own data

The reply is built from what you entered on the product card: price, delivery terms, availability. What is not in your data the agent does not make up — that limit is deliberate and it is the most important rule.

Latin and Cyrillic alike

Whichever script the customer writes in is understood. The reply always comes back in Uzbek.

A lead out of a “+”

The most common comment on the Uzbek market is a single plus sign. It means “I am interested”, but no phone number comes out of it. The agent replies and asks for the number; when the number arrives it becomes an ordinary lead.

Instagram Direct too

The same agent answers Instagram Direct messages as well — a different channel, the same logic.

The “Reply to negative comments” switch

With it on, the agent does not reply to comments judged to be abuse, spam or a complaint. A price objection does not count here: “too expensive”, “is there nothing cheaper?” is the start of a sales conversation, and the agent answers it.

The “Hide negative comments” switch

A separate, independent switch: it hides complaints, discontent, abuse and spam from under the ad. Hiding is not deleting — the author of the comment and the page owner still see it, only the other users do not.

Daily limits

There is a daily limit both per integration and per conversation — no endless exchange unfolds under a single comment.

Reply by hand and it goes quiet for an hour

If you reply by hand, the agent stays quiet in that conversation for an hour. While you are talking to the customer, it does not cut in.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the agent get the text of its reply?

Only from what you entered on the product card: price, delivery terms, availability. The fuller the data, the more exact the reply.

Will it make up something it does not know?

No. What is not in your data the agent does not say. That limit is deliberate: a made-up answer convinces the customer once and loses them for good.

What if the customer writes in Cyrillic?

Both the Latin and the Cyrillic script are understood. The reply always comes back in Uzbek, whichever alphabet the customer used.

Does a comment that is only a “+” turn into a lead?

Yes. The agent replies and asks the customer for their number. When the number arrives it becomes an ordinary lead and lands at the destination you chose — Telegram, a CRM or a spreadsheet, exactly as a filled-in form would.

If I answer myself, will the agent cut in?

No. In a conversation where you replied by hand, the agent stays quiet for an hour.

What happens with negative comments?

There are two separate switches. “Reply to negative comments” stops the agent on abuse, spam and complaints; a price objection does not count here. “Hide negative comments” hides such comments from under the ad — and hiding is not deleting.

Will it start running on its own?

No. The feature is off by default. You switch it on yourself in the integration settings, under “Auto-reply to comment” — it never starts running on a page unasked.
