AI writes the replies to ad comments

3 min read

Comments under an ad usually go unanswered. Every unanswered comment is not just one lost customer but a negative signal to everyone else who reads it.

What an unanswered comment costs

The same questions repeat under every ad: “How much is it?”, “Do you deliver?”, “+”. Most of them go unanswered, because the operator is on a call at that very moment.

The damage from an unanswered comment comes in two layers. The first is visible — the person who asked walks away. The second is not: dozens of other people read that comment and see that the seller does not answer. A comment field with no replies is the cheapest negative advertising there is.

Where the reply comes from

The agent writes a public reply to the comment under your page's name. It does not invent the text of the reply — it uses only the data you entered on the product card.

That limit is deliberate and it is the most important rule. Price, delivery terms, availability — if they are in your data, the reply is exact. What is not in your data the agent does not make up, because a made-up answer convinces the customer once and loses them for good.

Both the Latin and the Cyrillic script are understood. The reply always comes back in Uzbek — whichever alphabet the customer wrote in.

A “+” turns into a lead

The most common comment on the Uzbek market is a single plus sign. It means “I am interested”, but no phone number comes out of it and the operator has nowhere to write it down.

The agent replies to a comment like that and asks the customer for their number. If the number comes, it becomes an ordinary lead and lands at the destination you set — Telegram, the CRM or a sheet, exactly as a filled-in form would.

So this is not just writing replies, it is collecting leads out of the comment field. On campaigns with no form it often stays the only source of leads.

What happens with negative comments

There are two separate switches and they should not be confused.

With “Reply to negative comments” switched off, the agent does not reply to comments judged to be abuse, spam or a complaint. An important detail: a price objection does not count here. “Too expensive”, “is there nothing cheaper?” — that is not a negative comment, that is the start of a sales conversation, and the agent answers it.

And “Hide negative comments” hides complaints, discontent, abuse and spam from under the ad. Hiding is not deleting: the author of the comment and the page owner still see it, only the other users do not.

The limits

The agent does not write without end. There is a daily limit both per integration and per conversation — so that no endless exchange unfolds under a single comment.

Most important: if you reply by hand, the agent stays quiet in that conversation for an hour. While you are talking to the customer, the AI does not cut in.

The feature is off by default. You turn it on in the integration settings, in the “Auto-reply to comment” section — so it never starts running on any page without being asked.
